LEAD is on a mission to reach high school students nationwide and change the narrative they tell themselves.
Our goal is to empower young people nationwide to be bold, fearless and lead with confidence by:
- Providing events that foster the leadership development and growth
- Building self-awareness and encouraging high self-esteem
- Providing role models through conversations and exposure to a diverse group of senior executives and other successful leaders
- Offering curriculum and YWL Clubs for schools to support high school students as they embrace their strengths and consider their future careers
In 15 years, we’ve held 73 conferences that have empowered 48,600 students.
We’re not stopping there. We won’t rest until every teens sees their true worth.
